Well unless you are a citizen of the EU, it is very difficult to get a job in Europe as a paralegal. Your best bet is to start in the US with a firm that has offices in London and then see if they can do a inter-departmental transfer for you. Otherwise, contact as many US offices and lawyers in London and inquire about job opportunities here. Eventually someone may make you an offer, especially if you have skills that they can't find here in the UK (hence definitely focus on American groups). Also, I would look into applying for an HSMP visa. If you meet the requirements you will be able to apply for this visa and then come to the UK to search for work. It will be much easier for you as you will not need a UK employer to sponsor you for a work permit. Hope this information helps!
