    hi all,

My residence card application process has been delayed(more than 6 months),I wrote a complaint letter to home office last week (BIA customer focus team,po box 1384,croydon ) but today I gave a call to home office again to ask about my application process,I was told I should have sent my application to:

    Border and Immigration Agency
    European Applications EEA2
    Lunar House
    40 Wellesley House Road
    Croydon

Anyone know which address is correct to send a complaint letter?
I there any fax number to send complaint letlet via fax?

    thank you

I believe that is the correct address for the application. I guess you can send your complaint there. Or you can use the following address, which I found on the application forms:

Supposedly this team is actually helpful, but I am not sure that they deal with applications under European law.
