Hello. My husband was slandered by a newspaper. Could you advise which lawyer to turn to. We need a good and experienced lawyer. Would be interested in "no win-no fee". We might not have money to start with (i don't know what lawyer fees are like)
They'll need to see the case to judge whether it's worth taking it to court. But I believe if we know the truth and that what was in a newspaper is complete, bold lie, case should be clear.

Our case is defamation. We've found an organization of lawyers "Carter-Ruck" who might help, sometimes they even do "no win-no fee".
