    Hi

My case is that My husband (EEA2) and me (EEA1) want to apply together as EEA1 and EEA2 joint But we've seen that:

1.since the 25Th of February the EEA1 address had changed to Liverpool and the EEA2 application is still in Croydon. So we don't know where to make the application.

    2. If we send the application separately I have only one original ID as my passport is expired so we don't know what to do in that case.

Any advice and information will be highly appreciate.

    Thank's.

I have heard that you should send both applications to the Liverpool address. This makes sense, because EEA1 is processed faster than EEA2, so maybe Liverpool has a better response time.

Of course in a wider perspective this change is just another desparate move to contain the chaos that is called EEA casework section in the Home Office. Things are not going well at all. Make sure that you keep full copies of the applications, and that you document everything you do.

Don't. And remember that you can always ask for your ID to be sent back. I would certainly do that.
