i over-stayed in uk for 10 months for taking care of my sister after having a very difficult delivery to her baby, she unfortunately had 3 days epidural labor, just to end up with the cs operation..being a single mother,i had to take care of her and the baby..i decided to leave when my niece was 10 months old,i went out of the heathrow airport with a little interrogation with the police immigration of how and why i over-stayed in uk and of course a stamp on my passport that i was charge by them.now,i met an italian diplomat in mission to london who is very willing to hire me as their private servant...could they do something?will i be able to be issued a visa and go back to england?can my sister and i can make an appeal to clear up my name at the immgration office?
