Does anybody know if EEA family permit holder quilify for EU studing fees as well ?
I thought it was somewhere in directive.

Anyway they not still very clear there. They do not say weather you have to be in UK past three years or just any three years to quiliqy for home fee status.( addition to be EEA Family Member)

If you are a ‘relevant family member’ (studying in England,Wales or Northern Ireland) who is not an EU
national, you must have been ordinarily resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) [see Box 5] and/or
Switzerland for the three years BEFORE !!!! the ‘first day of the first academic year of the course’ [see Box 2]

cos world before not necessary mean past or without any interruption...

Does anybody think that if being working holidays maker which automatically mean being in UK past two years ...does this time count too ???[/b]
