There is one thing came up and i was wondering if you would be able to give some advise
We moved to kind of one bed flat(in the loft) and got an agreement that the rent is going to be 600£/month We've agreed that all bills are included but our contract does not state that, and we've got few receipts of our payment. All that time we've been paying 600£ only.
Now we try to apply for a council tax and council housing benefit and we've asked our landlord to put in our contract that council tax and all bills are included
He gave us new agreement which states that bills are included but we have to pay council tax. He is trying to escape council tax and said that it all will be payed for us. And my husband signed it.
The question-is council tax will be payed fully or our landlord just got us in trouble, cos we can't afford to pay council tax on top of our rent.
