    Hi there,
    I'm a pakistani citizen living in UK on student visa.We have registered our marriage in Scotland in May 2007.My student Visa is expiring on 30th Octobor 2007.Should i Apply for student visa or something else.
    My wife has registeration Certificate and she is living in UK from 6 years.She is a student in a University Here and doesn't works.I am also a student.

    More Information Required

    Problem is that if i apply on EEA2 form then my visa will be expired on octobor 2007 and they take 6 months to decide on EEA2 . would i not become illegal in the mean time.and what if i have to travel?

    hey buddy dont worry of the expiration visa.. they will not say u illeagal etc. my visa was expiring on may 2007 and i send my passpoert for FMRS on 20th april and i got my passport back in july but they issue a letter when they recieve the passport saying your passport is with us bla bla bla and u can work...
    ghabran di koi lod nahi hai.... chak de phate....
