Hi. Very simple question:
If I state on my C1 Application for UK Passport renewal form that I am married and subsequently get divorced, must I advise this particular change to the British Consultate in Madrid? From what I understand from reading so far, I would only have to advise a change of name, not status, is that correct? Many thanks.
PS: I am a UK citizen living in Spain and CURRENTLY married but not sure how long for!
