    Hello

    We are J1and J2 with baby U.S citizen We have a job here in Florida
    for 2 years.

    I would like to know If it possible to get a LPR (lawfull permanent resident) ?
    That I know is we have to get a son under 21 year unmarried
    is a baby US citizen is enough ?

    Any baby, regardless of the citizenship of the parents, who is born on US soil is considered a US citizen. And the immigration office cannot kick you out as long as you have documentation that your child was born there (i.e. a US issued birth certificate), as well as docs detailing your legal stay there.

    For the LPR, I suggest consulting a lawyer. YOu don't want to mess up specially you have a child to consider.
