Hey guys! I wonder if you can help.

I have just found here on the forum that the EEA2 form should be sent 3-4 weeks before the FMRS is expired... Well, my FMRS is valid until 6th June 2007, my husband's 12-months period under WRS will be completed on 23rd May 2007 - I presume I shall send it between those two dates?

Shall I wait for my husband's 12th payslip to arrive or a letter from his employer stating the total duration of work is enough? The latest payslip may arrive by the end of the month, and I dont want to wait that long.

My husband and I are both employed at the same company, both have NI numbers, a joint bank account, etc. On the EEA2 form shall I put HIS employment details only or should I also tell them about my job (and put down my NI nr?)? Same regarding the employer's letter - does it have to contain both of our names or only his?

I have collected all the main documents: 2 passports, 4 photos, 2 application forms, marriage certificate, letter from the employer, all payslips for the last year, incl. P60, bank statement.

What else have you guys enclosed in your applications? Did it work? The HO officer told me "look for the list of doc's in your form". All 100% clear, but sometimes it's worth trying.

As there are only about 3-5 days left, I would be extremely grateful if someone could help!!!!
