My son, a UK citizen is at the moment living in Spain with his chinese wife. His wife requires a 'residencia communitaria' but is unable to physically go to the Police station because her job doesn't allow her the time. Is it possible for her to apply for this by post? or employ a solicitor to get this for her?
Anyone's help would be very much appreciated.
