    Hello!

I am French and I teach French in London.
Check out the TES for jobs every Friday.
    www.tes.co.uk
You could also post your questions on the Overseas Trained Teachers > Staffroom
Now, the situation is not as good as one would like.
There are less and less French posts throughout England.
So be prepared but don't give up!
    Do you have QTS?

QTS means Qualified Teacher Status, which you can obtain after a PGCE or GTP or any other routes leading to QTS.
Most teachers (primary and secondary) working in the Uk have QTS, however, there are quite of few teachers employed and paid as unqualified teachers because they have not had QTS for different reasons.
