    Hi Triple H,
I have a quick question to ask, I am currently on a 5 year permit with my EU partner (Spanish). The stamp has her name on it which is on my passport and anytime I have to apply to travel within the EU i always have to provide all the neccessary documentation and her passport which is always abit inconvient since she travels alot and needs it.

I have decided to apply for a permanent residency atfer the 5 years together, will my new stamp still have these details stating that I am a partner of an EU or will it be an independent residency stamp enabling me to apply independtly?

    Thanks for your help again

People that applied recently can tell you that. Some changes were introduced on the 1st of may 2006.
I think stamps changed since you applied for your residence few years back.
