hi triple H, hope ur sailing in pleasant ship. i m IND DUDE, hope u rememeber me and my situation. I was granted 6 months EEA family permit in june expiring in december. i was thinking of applying for residence but there are some queries if you can please help me :-

    1) what is difference between FMRS and EEA2 ? my wife has 5 yrs residence card so in that case, do i apply on FMRS or EEA2 ?

    2) My EEA family permit is expiring in december .. does that mean i have to apply just a month before expiry or i can apply for residence at any time ?? can i apply now when i have 3 months still on EEA family permit ??

    3) what are the main requirements to get residence ?? is marriage certificate , her job pay-slips, both the passports enough ??

hope u will guide me promptly again as you did last time when i was in deep deep trouble. thanx again... U rockkkkkk man !

Send the form EEA 2,because your wife already got her EEA1.
You can apply any time but it can take up to 6 months to decide(your passport will be "away" for a long time).

Marriage certificate, passports, payslips, bank statments, accommodation details, letter from her work, your wifes letter and her residency details.

You wont have any problems but may take a while.
