    Hello all,

We are a couple from Philippines with a 2year old daughter. My wife's company is opening a subsidiary office in England and she has been invited to spreahead the operation, we heard its possible for the family to move as her dependent on Sole Representative Visa( the visa offered to her) Our concern is would it be possible for the husband to get a lawful employment? Can our daughter attend UK school like that of the locals? and how are restrictions or possible hardships in employment etc for the husband? Those who have idea on this type of Visa pls share ideas here.
    Much appreciated!

    Regards,

    Hello,

Thanks for your reply. My other question is would it be possible for us as a couple to leave UK and comeback anytime i.e short holiday with this type of visa? Also how long is the process for the sole representative visa? is it advisable we apply on the same time or she should get her visa first before me and my daughter can apply as dependents?

Also just an idea, I am an engineer by profession and a professional musician(drummer) is their a chance of getting employment/job in music industry when in UK specifically somewhere Lincolnshire area music being my passion ( im sorry i jsut really have to add this)

    Thanks again!
