hi, im really stressed out i need some advice...
my husband's settlement visa expires on the 14th of june this year and we need to apply in person at the peo's the porblem is he needs to complete his 2 year prob period... this will be complete on the 19th of july but i understand we can apply 28 days earlier which takes us to the 21st of june but the problem is we cant wait for then as his visa will have expired and he will be an overstayer.....

we have made an appt on the 12th of june and going to try for ILR what do you think are our chances. we have no other problem hopefully all our dics are intact and we have a small baby of our marriage..i work as a secondary school teacher and have a permenant job. and he also works
