    Hi
My fiancee has been living in the uk now for 5 years and has an outstanding application for asylum. He has a IND card which was issued in 2002, he has a recent utility bill and a medical card, can he apply for a uk provisonal driving licence with this i.d. Thanks

    hi

i guess any document that was issued by the home office stating all your fiance's critical details (such as DOB, photograph.. ) is valid as long as it is not expired.
plus you will need a reference (from a business man or teacher, employer...)

    cheers
