I'm an EEA national living and working in England. I have applied and obtained my residence permit (EEA1). My American fiance is in the process of being tranferred to the UK (from the US). Her company is sponsoring her for an UK work visa.

Once she's in the UK (entering with her work visa), what's the procedure to get married (civil) and get an marriage certificate? do I need to get a Certificate of Approval?

At some point, I would like to sponsor her for an EEA2, so that she won't have to depend on her company to live/work in the UK. Once we're married, what's the procedure to obtain the EEA2?

    Thanks
