OK-here is our situation: My husband ( US national ) and I ( Slovak national) are looking into working in the UK. We are currently both outside of the UK, and neither have UK employment currently. We are both without employment since we are travelling for a year. After our year off we were wondering what my husband needs to submit at the UK consulate in New York in order to get his EEA family permit. The one thing that worries me is the proof of current employment which may take awhile. Is it necessary or is a letter from me stating that we want to relocate to UK enough?
We are also trying to locate the info that polskasweetie wrote concerning what documents/evidence should be presented to the UK consulate in NY, but we cannot find it...can anyone point us in the right direction? Thanks. Slavka
