    Thanks for your advice 3 months ago...I received an EEA family permit, because I am the spouse of an EU national (my wife is french), I received the family permit for 6 months, once again in the UK I want to know the procedure of getting the residence permit and if the mentioned permit is a formality or they can still refuse the residence permit after the EEA family permit is obtained, which kinf or application should we use?

    We are really grateful because we followed your advice without ask to any solicitor
