My fiancee is from maritius over here on a student visa. Her current course has just ended and her next one will not start till September.

We want to get married but are now worried that she will have to go back to Maritius till her new course starts. She missed the deadline to enroll in her new course (a masters in business) due to the late arrival of the results from her exam resits (which apparently wont be released till the 24th of february 2006).

Will we be able to get married between now and September? and if so will it have any effect on her being able to stay in england between now and the start of her new course? her current student visa expires on the 28th of february 2006.
