Hi there,I'm a Nigerian national, a assylum seeker in Austria just got married to british citizen now living with me in Vienna,Austria.
Is anyone out there have an idea on how to relocate to united kingdom as my wife has no job nor accomodaton at the moment in UK.and we dont know what to do as there's no job for us in Austria because of a language barrier and the austria new law which stated that any asylum seeker who just got married would have to go back to his or her home country for clearance which is out of question as my life is in danger in my home country.
now the question is how do i get a visa here in austria to have a right to job?or how can i relocate with my wife to Uk so as to find a suitable job to take care of ourselves?

Thats all fine if you are legal resident.I just dont know the procedure/mechanism if you are "outside the immigration laws",like in your case.
    Only lawyers do
