May be some of you know the Frappr! website : you can locate groups of people sharing the same interest on a map.

There is a group of french expat here :

It would be nice that more people join this group. Especially for people that do not live in London, like me, it is harder to meet foreigners in small towns.
By the way, is there any foreigners living in Salisbury or in Wiltshire ?

You are probably talking about http://www.flickr.com/ which starts with 'f' and ends with 'r' too
