    Hi AGAIN!

I alredy answered your question couple of times and I will again.
If you travel on your own and your spouse does not live in destination country, you will be refused.

An EEA family permit is a form of entry clearance that we give free of charge so that members of your family who are not EEA nationals can travel with you or join you in the UK.

If you have job interview and you have family permit already , you could go with her and she could come back the same day! ;)
