    My name is Paul and I am moving to Madrid in February to learn Spanish. I plan to stay for a long time! (Maybe forever!).

    Anyway, it would be great to hear from anyone living there now or who plans to move there in the near future. Maybe we can get in touch!

    I was born in Norwich, England in 1972 and moved to Madrid in 1985.

    cooL!!! thanks!!!! I was wondering first of all where I could find a good non-international spanish school.

    It's npt been easy to find one and I want to start soon after I arrive.

    I won't worry about finding work immediately, maybr after a month.

    Im from San Francisco...been here since August 2005. I work as an english teacher and my job is contracted until June. I just received my british citizenship through a parent and now plan on staying longer as an EU citizen. I will do my best to answer any questions you may have about Madrid....although I still consider myself fairly new to the city. I know how it is to relocate and have to start from scratch!
