    Hello,
    my husband is italian and i am zimbabwean we have been married for a year in the uk and we applied for a residence permit using the eec1 form in october, does anyone know how long it could take and if we get it back is it for six months or more?


    are there any reasons why they should refuse the visa ?

    My spouse received a five year residence permit (eec1 form)after over six month wait.
