I'm an American with an English husband. I'm in the process of applying for my visa and have been looking for good airfare deals. I can't find any information on how the immigration officers would react if i buy only a one-way ticket. I'm not planning to buy my ticket until I'm granted my visa (hopefully in three weeks) but I'd like to know now if there are any restrictions on the type of ticket I could buy as a visa-carrying spouse of an englishman. please please help!!
In theory you do not need to have a return ticket, but you can ask further information to the English consulate.
