    Hi there!

I am a Dutch girl about to marry my Colombian boyfriend. We have been living in the UK for about 9 months now and plan to stay here until november 2005. (He is here on a student visa, which will be valid until then!)

We are both university graduades with a Master's Degree. He in International Business and Economics, and I in International Business and Languages.

We would like to immigrate to Spain somewhere in the beginning of 2006.
Is there anybody able to help us or to give us information?

Please let me know! Because as you'll probably know yourself... Having a non-EU partner is not the easiest thing in the world.. (If you like to stay in Europe ofcourse :D )

Hoping to hear from you soon!
    Eef

As an EU Citizen it is possible for your husband to accompnay you to Spain. But for him to have a Work Permit based on your EU Rights you will need to activate your Economic Rights.

    Hi there!

Thanx for your reply :) That gives me hope again!
What was that about Economic Rights? What should I do and more important... How can I do this?

    Cheers!!
