    Dear sir,

    I'm a Turkish who plans to marry a German in the UK. I am currently on a student visa to the UK and my wife is not working in the UK. she is a trainee in a solicitor company for 2 months.

    I was hoping for some advice concerning what we should do in order for me to stay on in the UK (my student visa ends in february).

    Hmmm it's a bit difficult. You might be able to extend the student visa until this summer. Overwise you can go back to your country and come back with a tourist visa (it shouldn't be difficult to get, especially after having lived in UK for a while, and with close links ;-) with your future wife).
    Then I would advise you to organise the marriage a.s.a.p. to get the EU citizenship. Bear in mind that it takes usually several month (might be 6) so things won't be fixed immediatly after the wedding.
