Our originals are basically locked in the Charsky offices in Warsaw and Israel. From what I could gather from this article (I don't speak hebrew
http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1074123.html) is that the administrator of charsky's stuff now, David Leibowitz (whose only mode of communication is fax and po box) doesn't have authorization to do anything with the documents, and the polish lawyers that charsky outsourced the work to have been locked out of charsky's office in Warsaw, where some of our documents are (I can only assume the rest are still in the former? charsky office in Israel).
My guess is it is going to be quicker to get a new set of originals than it would be getting them back from charsky (doing both, I guess having 2 sets won't hurt).
