    I married in Luxembourg and am divorcing in New York State 25 years after the marriage, my husband has a luxembourg pension,paid monthly in Euros ( received in NYS). Am I entitled to half of his pension for the years married and how is that arranged to be paid legally? Is there a court order, or certain form that needs to be filed?

    I think it depends on the pension rights in Luxembourg (which I don't know anything about). You should be able to get information be contacting directly the relevant organisation(s) You will find more details in our guide article about pension in Luxembourg.
