    I saw a intersting announce for a job in your website but the company need a person with a fluent english. Do you think that I can apply anyway ? I speak good english but I'm not fluent, and I'm not very good in oral...

    I assume that the company which posted the offer (not us) will do an interview over the phone. So if you are not at ease over the phone it might be difficult. But you can always reply to the ad and contact them, you will see what they think.
