HI, I have an eea family permit 15th Jan 2006 to 15th July 2006. I arrived in the country along with my husband on the 15th Feb 2006. I have been told to fill out an eea2 form for a residence card. My husband is austrian and I am south african. We have settled down and have full time jobs. Does my husband need to apply for residence or is it just me? I also want to know how long I have to wait for Indef. leave to rem. I see that some people have to wait 5 years... is it not different if you are a married couple?

You need EEA1 and EEA2.
Together.
