    Hi everyone, well im writing becouse i dont know where to look and i found this page that hopefully will help me with this matter.
    Im italian eu nationality (italy) and i just married my wife in indonesia... She is native from indonesia. I been working in england since 2003 as a chef and since i meet my wife i been traveling for the last 2 years to indonesia to see her.
    Last year we try to apply for a visa married-visitor to get married in uk and unfortunaly was rejected due we dont have return ticket and other issues..
    Now i been 6 months in indonesia and i already got married and i have all the papers legalized, i want to go back to uk with my wife and live there...
    Can someone help me with this matter and tell me... What's the best i can do to sort this problem? And how to do it?
    I will really apreciatte any information

    You need to apply for EEA Family Permit which is free and straight forward. Thats issued for six months so you can travel with your wife together to the UK. Towards its expiry, you can then apply for EEA2 which is issued for five years.

    Thanks very much yousafzai it really helps me a lot this, i will try it, is this way guarantee we can go to uk or can be denied for some reason? Remember i got no problem but she doesn t have eu passport ... Thanks again

    There is of course no guarantee ( unfortunately ) for any sort of visa applications but they are generally easier than UK visa applications. Make sure you include as many documents as you can to prove your relationship and that you have enough money to support both of yourselves once in UK.
