Hi

I'm from Ireland and I've been to the states a couple of times. I love the states so much and would give anything to emigrate.

Unfortunately I'm not willing to go over the 90 days and be in the country illegally.

My brother married a U.S. citizen in 2004 and I'm just wondering can he sponsor me to allow me have legal status or if he can't sponsor me can my sister-in-law sponsor me since she is a citizen of the untied states. I'm 25 years old.

My brother is a legal resident of the united states but is not a citizen as he is not willing to give up his irish citizenship.

Any advice regarding my query would be greatly appreciated.
