Can somebody give me advise?
I am a British citizen living in Britain who wishes to Marry his American girlfriend and then reside in the U S ..Can anybody give me the best advise on how to go about this?. I would like to get married over there, but is there any draw backs in doing this?. would it be better to get married over here then go back to the U S?..I have looked at the Fiance visas etc but cant seem to understand them...Has anybody got any sound advise on the best way forward in all this...Thanks people
