Hello All,

My partner and I would love to get married. He is a UK citizen and I am a US citizen. We want to get married in the UK. He is planning to move here but not right away. I am going to visit him and we are going to marry there. I will then return to the US and after all the proper paperwork for him is filed, he will then come over. What type of paperwork do I need to get filed? Did I need to apply for a fiance visa eventhough I am not going to be living there?
