Hello.

I am a portuguese girl and i wish to marry my pakistani boyfriend. He is in pakistan and i am in portugal.

Marriage by proxy exists and it is alowed by the portuguese law.
I have a list of the needed documents though we are having some problems figuring out what are the correspondent documents in Pakistan and where can we get them from.

The documents are:

document comproving invoked nationality (and the person who gave me the list says its not the passport)

Certificate of matrimonial capacity (i called the pakistani embassy in portugal and they said that they usually issue a document saying that they dont have this, i still dont know how my boyfriend can get it in pakistan).


If anyone can help, please, im feeling desperate!
