Hi everyone,

My name is Luke, i´m 22, and i´ve been in Pozuelo de Alarcon (just outside Madrid) for about 3 weeks now. I havn´t really had much of a chance to explore Madrid as i´ve been concentrating on finding work.

However now i´ve got a bit of money coming in it would be nice to meet people and explore the city a bit.

If anyone fancies doing anything let me know.

Also, maybe its a bit soon but its my birthday on the 1st October and i thought it would be a good excuse to get a load of people to meet, and explore the famous nightlife of Madrid. Anyone game?

Open to all ideas.

As at this moment I'm working as PR for a nightclub on Saturdays, I though of drinking before in some bars around Malasaña o maybe stay with drinks in Parque Debod which is close to Plaza España. And then after that move us to that club. It's Sala Heineken I dont know if you know it, but it's pretty famous, I'll get free admission for all of us. ;D

It's cool to work as PR, I have free party every week *_*!

There is no limit. It's every saturday night, just in case you wanted to go tomorrow. For that I'd need 1 Full name per 5 people coming. (ex: if you're 24 coming i'll need 4 names).

Which foro is that one?

Hello everyone!
My name is Josefine and I just arrived to Madrid 2 days ago. I work as an Au Pair and I am planning on staying here for about 4 months. I have a lot of sparetime and I don't know anyone else except my spanish family. I would really like to meet some new friends here and enjoy Madrid together. I like sports, partying, shopping and sightseeing. Let me know if some of you are still in Madrid and if you are interested in doing something fun!

Best regards
Josefine

Welcome to Madrid Josefine!

Are you from Sweden?
Things have been very quiet for many months as you can see, not many new people coming to work in Madrid but there are many other au pairs living here who watch this forum who may contact you!
There is also the network feature which you can try to use
http://www.easyexpat.com/en/network/spain/madrid.htm

Which part of Madrid are you living and how old are you?

Enjoy!

Thanks Gareth!
Yes I'm from Sweden. I'm 19 years old and now I live in a place called San Sebastián de los Reyes, it's north of central Madrid. Now I will look for au pairs in other networks and forums!
