i have a residencia communitario in spain, and we want to travel to UK with my wife do i need a visa,

2. can i work with the residencia communitario in another EU country,

and How many months should it take for the Residence to be out

and will you loose the residence if you are diveroce and the diveroce is caused by your wife,

please help with the questions

if she is from the EU u must apply for an eea family permit!!!!

to work in the UK u must apply for an eea family permit and as long as you are a legal resident of another EU country u wont have any problem

just apply for an eea family permit from the nearest british embassy
and hopefully u will b fine

i dont really know about other countries

Only if you move with your wife.She has to exercise her rights in order for you to work in the UK.

I am not familiar with Spanish immigration rules.

am asking if am diveroce with my wife who is a spanish will my residencia communitario be still be valid or no because my wife is really driving me crazy and she saw another man whom c is going out with and i do everything for her to leave the man but still no..pls hel
