I think getting jobs in India is not so easy but as you ask for a job website i have searched and find a job related website where you get Jobs listed in India.

I was recently visit a websites and that name is http://www.placementindia.com here you can search and apply all types job like Government jobs and private jobs in any sector and if you want to apply job in gulf and abroad country then you can do it by this website.

Yes, getting a job is not an easy task even after pursing graduation & post graduation with good grades.

I have completed my b.tech with good grades but unable to find a good job.

Some people also advised me to prepare for competitive exams like - IBPS PO & SSC CGL.

The competition level is really high in these exams because the number of candidates is really high. But good preparation will definitely help to crack it.

You can get government jobs based on your educational qualifications. You need to be watchful for openings for different departments. Its hard but not impossible to get a get whether it is a government jobs or in private sector. First of all we should have good communication skills for private sector but to pursue in government sector we should also have a good competition challenge in ourselves. In india there are many job portals like indeed, shine, naukari.com,monster india,babajob etc.
You can also find job in newspaper.
