    Hi,

If you live in India or are planning to move and made already some research you can help in sharing your experience.

What is the best way to find a job in India? Is it better to go there on holiday and search? Do you register on some website? Do you use recruitment agencies in India?

You can help and share information on:

    India Jobs Offer Little Pay.
Jobs in India do not usually pay very well compared to jobs in Europe, America, Canada, etc. For example, at the time of writing this, the average person in India makes approximately $500 a year. Considering a regular work week of 40 hours a week, this breaks down to approximately 24 cents a day. That is an unbelievable amount of pay for most western country's standards.

    hi,
Moving to Bangalore is really best way for finding job. And there is good climate also.
If you want to find a job there are following ways,
    1. Upload your resume(updated) in the online job sites.(At least 7 Sites)
    2. Find the list of companies address through online. And go though Walk-in it is best than the online registration.

There are so many vacancy , but initial package is some what less. while you got experience means you got a bright future. ALL THE BEST

Best way to find a job in india is by applying jobs in valuable websites like nakuri, times jobs and to read newspaper about the vacancies its useful to attend the walk in jobs..While looking at newspapers, its worth checking regional newspapers as well, since some jobs are only locally advertised.

In India, it's really quite tough to find a job online. Only few agencies and companies provide jobs (in genuine way) here.

Hope to get more service in the future. :)

It's not true. In India, you can get handsome salary if you are in a good organization. They pay you huge amount.

    Hi,

I am an Indian, and it is really an accident to be born in a country. However, I would like to shed my experience of work culture in India.
I have worked in various countries and this made me competent to reply on this post.

NOTE: IT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE THAT THIS POST MAY BE REMOVED FOR SAYING THE TRUTH.

    Cons:
    1. Extreme lobby in companies in India( RACISM TO BE PRECISE ).
    2. Slavery based environment.
    3. Extremely low wages.
    4. No labor laws.
    5. I would like to repeat "NO LABOR LAWS".
    6. There are working hours per week as 40,however you would have to fill 45 or more in time sheet to get their break even.In actual you will be working more than 55 hours per week. Sacrificing your family life .
    7. No benefits. People are giving you job is the only benefit.

    Pros:
1.They will give you job.But you would have to find it by doing lot of hardship.
    Good luck for this!!!

There is lot more, but this will give you the overlay . Hope it helps.

    All the best!

Er, not very optimistic, fish040410 :(
What about big companies, multinationals (such as in Bangalore for instance).

PS: we do not remove posts just for passing messages and criticisms or opinions, as long as they do not break our forum rules ;-)

Usually all these job websites are paid and do not get you reach the employers easily.

I would suggest you to find options through bolfox.com, they don't charge you anything you can contact your employers directly.

Most of the job portals cater to every kind of job and thus searching for the specific job becomes difficult. In India, recently a number of job portals have come up which targets only a specific segment. One of them is https://www.aasaanjobs.com/ for entry level job seekers, which is entirely free of cost for job seekers. The other one is http://www.iimjobs.com/registration/login.php for white collar jobs.
