I ask for assylum in England In Feb.2001. I met my boyfriend In Dec/01 we started to living together inSept.2002, The assylym was rejected in Oct.2002. I stayed living with my boyfriend until Sept.2005 when I back to my country, he came and in 30 January 2006 we got married . Now I will apply for visa for join tomy husband in England.
I have been looking for, but I don get any law telling as ex-assylu, seeker I can not get married with an English citizen, or telling that if I stayed 3 years living with my boyfriend even when the H.O. never sent the letter telling me about to leave the country, they can refuse the visa for me?. Some one could say me something about this? thanks titiribi
