Hello,

I am inquiring about my possibilities to get a Fiance Visa to the UK. I am 18 year old Morrocan . My Fiance is 23 years old Finnish citizen studying in the UK. I understand that in order to get the Fiance visa both of us need to be 21 years old, is there any possibility of me getting the visa before the age of 21? For example, a letter form a certain institution in Morocco that could help my application? Also, in order to proof the eligibility of my fiancee to support me whilst my stay in the UK before our marriage, how much money approximately does my fiancee need to obtain for a successful application? As she still a student she have a limited amount af money, but she have access to an extra loan form her home country, up to 4 000 euros. Would this be any help in the application? she is also working part time. I was also wondering in order to proof a suitable accommodation for us both, would a house she is a current resident in be acceptable? The house is a privately let student house with 5 other residents and me and my future wife will be sharing the same room. Currently we are not planning to stay in the UK for longer than a year, as I had accepted a place of study in France. However, we wish to get married as soon as possible in order to live together in the UK until my futur wife will have finished her studies.

If I am not eligible to apply for a Fiance visa, would my application for a marriage visa be more successful perhaps? If there is any other visa applications that would be more successful in our situation, I would greatly appreciate any advice.
