sorry for the belated response.
3, Prove of cohabitation can be prove by any utility bill that got both of your names on,e.g Gas bills, Electricity bills and/or council tax bills.

4, Questionnaire is a lil bit tricky as t has to do with how and when you entered the UK. However I reckon your Solicitor could help you out on this one but be very careful in filling the form.

PM me if u need further guideline.

When you said HO responded to your case after 11 months. Do you mean to say that you've got your residence card then?
What was the outcome from solvit?

Well I think all should be OK as long as the questionnaire is answered correctly (like I mentioned earlier, It could very tricky).

How long have you been married for?
Did you apply together with you hubby?

Just trying to get a clear picture of the situation.

And as my solicitor told me to bring all the wedding pictures and two witness for the wedding and their I.d copie.do u think it may help? I did sent it last week and tomoro got apointment to ally for baby passport which H.O required I don't no why as the got her birthcertificte and the passport may take 2 to 3 week bfor it arrived. That mean got to wait another 2 month to hear for the H.O right? Really stress. Thanx

Well, I think all should be fine from what you said as your case is being considered by the virtue of the EU Law which serves as a huge advantage in you case as an overstayer.

Has your Hubby gotten His own RC since you applied?

hi,
none of us received the RC yet.
all what they ask for us to provide, we did it sent it trough our solicitor last week, it should be with the H.O for now now.
And we could not provide the baby ducth passport yet as we been to ducth consulate today and they told me i should provide my partner eu I.D and ducth passport amd my own passport to make a passport for our child which are in the H.O
We provide all the latest info they ask except the baby ducth passport, but they hav her U.K birthcertificat.
Do u think they will suspend my case untill we provide the baby passport (who as a ducth national dont need a RC) or they will only provide for my self and partner the RC?
thanx

I dont think the HO would withhold your RC cos of your inability to provide your baby's passport. I think the birth certification alone should be enough for now. However sending an explanatory letter as to why his/her passport can not be provided, would be good.
Did your solicitor attached such letter?

Well as you've already read from my previous posts, I applied Dec 2008, got my wife's Passport back and sent in more documents as requested by HO, however am still waiting, even though its been allocated to a caseworker since July.
So I would probably say its luck (not sure tho) as some people got theirs few weeks after they sent in additional documents.
Just be positive about it, It will come eventually.

hi,
as u said u got ur wife passport back, it was with her RC?
did u tried to complaine throught ur MP and Solvit or not yet?
what was the latest paper work the H.O requested from u?
and remember my case i was waiting 9 month bfor i made a conplain to my MP and Solvit that was in july 2009, after 6 week i got a lettre from the H.O saying they sorry and a email from solvit saying H.O is looking for my case. And now my case has been allocated to a case worker.
Send some more paper as requested by H.O to be sent not later than 5/10/09 which i did. now fingers crossing for good result.
i think the complaine to MP and solvit really help, in my case after 9 month nothing from them, but when contact MP and solvit same time just got new from the .H.O.
GOD is waching.

She got her Passport with RC.
Yes,I complained to my MP but He wasn't helpful. Again I complained to Solvit about 4 weeks ago and got an email from them last week saying that they're still on course with the my case hence they are waiting to get any response from the HO.
Like I said before, the latest paper work the HO requested from me was wife's latest pay slips and working registration certificate (which I already sent since August).
Sorry about the curiosity, but you sound so much like someone from W. Africa?
So how long have you been waiting for?

Sorry, I do not know why they have not sent your husband's RC, However sometimes they decide/prefer to work on both RC's same time (Different strokes for different folks,I reckon). Therefore you need not to be worried.
Well Am from the W.Side.
Permit me to ask you this; Why did it take this long for you to apply since you got married in 2007,as you said?

OK I think I now understood you to a lager extent. However Am still confuse why you said your wedding was illegal.
Didn't you have a church wedding? (I mean in the Church of England)

The wedding was not legalise, we did not got to the church or registration office, was only with friend and family, that s why my lawyer ask me to asked me to have two witness statement signed and copie of their identity which he already sent to them and picture of our wedding party, bcos I could not proved a bill( prove of adress of 2 year cohabitence with my partner)
you got my situation now right. Thanx
