Complaint letter

Postby E.Steiner » Tue Mar 10, 2009 8:17 pm

EVERY ONE WHO CAN HELP ME.

I sent my eea2 application form more than 6 months ago, knowing that it is gonna take longer I am sending a COMPLAIN LETTER to them.
I know I should send it special delivery as if I send it as normal they will ignore it.
I am just not sure what to write on it.I dont want to be rude on my letter, but that might be way to get an answer from them.

It is so frustating all this wait and how incompetent the HO is.

Thanks for any help.

No help needed anymore.
I wrote the complaint letter, sent, faxed and emailed it.Got an answer from the HO one week later saying the decision was made and the documents would be with me soon.
Hopefully it wont take much longer!
That is a relief,so glad now!!!

Postby marisawillemse » Tue Jun 30, 2009 11:41 am

Hi, to who did you write to make these complaints? We urgently need my husband's (non-EEA family member) passport and documents to travel to South Africa cause his dad is realy sick.

I'm phoning them every hour and there's just no answer?

thanks
