Hi .... I have a bit of a dilemma... My partner lives in New Jersey a US citizen and i am a UK citizen. He asked me to marry him on my next visit. I will have to come back to the UK for 6 months and then go and join him with my daughter. I have been reading alot of stuff on the internet and am so scared about visas and going back to the US incase i cant get in again. I wondered if anyone could put me in the right direction of what to do. I have also noticed there is a new waiver pass which if i had one would be frauding in Visa if i got married. Also i was there in Oct 3 and got a 90 visa can i still use that when going back on the 31st of Dec....

Any help i would really appreciate
