Hi. I have tried to research the government websites for information but I get conflicting advice. Basically my fiance who is a Bulgarian citizen and holds an EU passport wants to come and live here with me in England. He wants to work here, but from what I have read this is difficult for a Bulgarian citizen.
a) He either has to find a sponsor with offer of employment..or
b) apply for a 'highly skilled person' visa (pharmacist) which takes a long time and is complicated...or
c) come here and not work at all.

We also want to marry, but this seems also a complicated process.
a) can we be married in England and he continue to live here as my husband
b) will he have to apply for a fiance or marriage permit
c) is it better for me to go and marry him and bring him to the UK as my husband.

I hope you can help... all the rules and regulations are so difficult to follow and give conflicitng information.
