    I am currently married to a british citizen who is working in Kuala Lumpur presently. His contract expires in Sept 2008 and he is thinking of goin back to UK.

    As for me, I would like to explore the option of obtaining a UK PR.

    Pls let me know what are the procedures and if I will be able to get one easily or not...

    Alternatively I can also apply for a spouse visa from the embassy here in KL. Can you tell me the rules and regulations if I were to obtain a spouse visa - for example how long can I stay in UK and will I be able to seek employment?

    I am a qualified secretary and in my 30's while my husband is in his late 30's.
